Filo: PDF Compress & Merge

Compress PDFs, merge photos and prepare files that fit submission requirements.

Bring your photos and PDFs together. Filo helps you prepare a separate submission copy, check its size, pages and filename, and keep originals unchanged.

Prepare PDFs and photos
• Merge PDFs and photos in your chosen order
• Select PDF page ranges and rotate pages
• Compress photos and embedded PDF images toward a size limit
• See clearly when a target cannot be met
• Keep protected or digitally signed PDFs unchanged in an original-files ZIP

Review submission requirements
• Start with example job application, course application and expense templates
• Set size, page count, required items, due date and output filename
• Assign documents to required items and review their contents
• Paste instructions or read Korean and English instruction images with on-device OCR
• Confirm detected suggestions before applying them

Preserve originals and verify results
• Work with imported copies without overwriting source files
• Check output PDF page count and that pages can open
• Preview the output and check readability yourself
• Read back a file saved to your chosen external destination
• Record receipt separately from sharing a file

Make repeat work easier
• Share template files, links and QR codes without document contents
• Enable optional due-date reminders
• Keep a local coordinator checklist
• Use a separate web workspace to receive explicitly uploaded files, review them and request missing items

File organization remains available
Use saved Downloads rules, previews before changes, move/copy operations, trash, per-file outcomes and conditional undo. Broad file access is optional for file-management features. Android may restrict access to some folders.

Basic submission preparation does not require an account or payment. Optional Filo Pro is a one-time purchase for unlimited saved custom specifications, previous output versions and repeat-job duplication. Optional Filo Work expands coordinator web limits through an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Confirm prices and terms in Google Play. Product availability may vary by country or region.

Document processing and OCR run on your device. Web submission sends only files you explicitly agree to upload. Usage statistics require an explicit choice; filenames, paths and document contents are not included in analytics events. Eligible adults may see an optional banner in Settings.

Passing your selected requirements does not guarantee institutional acceptance, content accuracy or legal validity. Working copies inside the app are removed on uninstall. Save important outputs to an external location.
