The Quiet Collection

A spiritual formation resource that provides audio collections

The Quiet Collection is a spiritual formation resource that provides audio collections for contemplation through various seasons and stages of life.

Written by podcaster and New York Times bestselling author Emily P. Freeman, this is a resource you can listen to first thing in the morning, before you go to bed, or as you go along the way. With a combination of both ancient prayers and original content, the readings and reflective piano music will help you center your mind and ease the low-grade hum of anxiety that often pulses just beneath the surface of our lives.

Whether you consider yourself to be a person of faith, whether your beliefs are deeply rooted or recently uprooted, whether you closely identify with a particular Christian tradition or are just spiritually curious, we hope you'll find welcome here.

May the quiet surround and encourage you, and may grace surprise you kindly along the way.
