BUILD CUSTOM TRAINING PLANS
Create weekly training plans tailored to your routine. Pick your training days, name them (Chest Day, Leg Day, Pull Day), and fill each day with exercises from a library of movements. Each exercise comes with muscle targeting data, form guides, and suggested loads based on your body weight and experience level.

TRACK EVERY SET
Log weight, reps, and difficulty for every set during your workout. Or quick-log a set straight from any exercise page — no need to start a full session. A built-in rest timer with an audible bell keeps you on pace between sets. Personal records are detected automatically — you'll know the moment you hit a new max.

EXERCISE LIBRARY
Browse exercises by muscle group, movement pattern, or equipment type. Create your own custom movements for machines, cables, or bodyweight skills not in the built-in catalog. Each exercise includes:
• Primary and secondary muscle targets with efficiency percentages
• Form descriptions and technique guidance
• One-tap YouTube video search to watch proper form demonstrations
