These memes are information viruses of ultra-high density and potent cognitive hazard. They spread through all sensory channels—sight, sound, even tactile patterns—to infect the human brain, distorting cognition, logic, and emotion. This triggers extreme and dangerous mental disorders and can even induce physical reality distortions, such as bodily mutation.
In response, the Global United Government established the Memetic Hazard Control and Research Center (MHCRC), which covertly established Meme Disease Institutes worldwide.
As the director of a Meme Disease Institute, you will be responsible for its construction, personnel management, resource allocation, viral research, and patient treatment. You must also fend off internal threats, such as patient riots, and external threats, such as the spread of meme contamination.
