Anyone may freely access the list of universities, classes and syllabus published by institutions. Anyone can download all of the published syllabus.

This app does contains accurate description of the app and shows real screenshots of the app. It is not misleading in any way. Google app testers have come up with non-sense reasons to prevent me from publishing the app. I am writing this here because I know that it will be read by Google staff. Please allow me to publish the app on the play store.
