On-going progress tracking inspection tool

It allows users to inspect ships using the uploaded blueprints by choosing from different projects, venues, and inspection types and to enhance the efficiency of inspection and ship walkthrough processes and go paperless office.
Convocations
- Implement meeting/inspection data and attachment in Winspect on a daily basis
- Provide all needed information in digital format to the superintendent for successful inspections
- Enable offline data access on phones/tablets
- Ease the inspection superintendent assignments via daily Gantt chart view
- Avoid hours spent on printing attachments for inspections
- Bring visibility to managers with live KPI

Walk-through Remark
- Enable superintendents to easily record comments and pictures made during walkthrough onboard
- Create automatic reports and send them to Yard for actions
- Track in a single database the correction of open walkthrough remarks by the Yard

Safety Survey
- Indicate safety issues when walking onboard on the iPad choosing the category associated and attaching the pictures
- Create easy reports out of the safety survey and send them to the Yard for actions
- Allow traceability of safety remarks, verify Yard’s actions, and close the remarks once corrected

Yellow Remark
- Create a Yellow remark when onboard the ship with pictures attached
- Send them directly to the Yard
