Transport on demand for the Geneva Community of Communes

WHO IS PROXIGEM FOR?

Residents of the 17 municipalities of the Genevois community of communes (Archamps, Beaumont, Bossey, Chênex, Chevrier, Collonges-sous-Salève, Dingy-en-Vuache, Feigères, Jonzier-Epagny, Neydens, Présilly, Saint-Julien, Savigny, Valleiry, Vers, Viry, Vulbens) and more specifically:

People who experience the greatest difficulty getting around
PMR (Persons with Reduced Mobility) passengers receive pick-up at their homes

People living far from public transportation stops
Passengers are transported from a stop near their home to the public transportation network, allowing for a connection to their destination.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

BOOKING

Call 0800 04 74 00 to schedule your appointment:

- The day before for the following morning
- Friday for Monday morning

Reservations Center Hours:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT

Arrive at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before the appointment time
or be ready at your door for people with reduced mobility.
Have your change ready to pay the fare directly to the driver.
Or show your subscription card to the driver.

WHEN DOES THE SERVICE OPERATE?

The PROXIGEM service operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

WHERE TO GO?

Passengers with reduced mobility can travel throughout the Communauté de Communes du Genevois (Genevois Community of Communes) door-to-door.
Other passengers are transported in three ways:
- either by connecting to a stop on a regular line in their municipality
- or by connecting to the Valleiry and Saint-Julien-en-Genevois SNCF train stations
- between zones
