The Swap App is built for swap station operators to manage battery swaps for electric tricycles (keke).
When a rider arrives at a swap station with a depleted battery, the operator uses the app to:
Verify the rider using the vehicle’s license plate and chassis number
Log the battery swap, including the old (depleted) and new (fully charged) battery serial numbers
Record the transaction to ensure traceability and update the rider’s swap history
Each swap is recorded in real-time, ensuring accountability and linking commission rewards to agents. The app helps prevent fraud and ensures that only authorized and retrofitted riders benefit from battery swaps.
