MTN Rise aims to empower Sellers with sales skills, techniques and methodologies

As part of our mission at MTN Rise, we have designed programs to ensure that our Sellers are empowered to sell in a world significantly impacted by digital transformation. Through MTN's ways of selling, customer-facing professionals will learn skills, techniques, and methodologies, to offer bespoke solutions to enterprise clients, allowing us to stay competitive and be in a position to close even the most complex deals. All learning is presented in small, bite-sized chunks you can go through whenever you have a moment. The application tracks how you are performing and adapts to help you focus on the areas you struggle with, provides you with corrective feedback so you can correct misconceptions, and allows you to keep learning until you demonstrate retention. Doing a few learning steps every day over a period of time helps you master a new topic and retain knowledge in long-term memory.
