Jio-bp Enterprise Project Management

The application on android and iOS will help in project management, accelerate work and facilitate in better communication between team members.
Users who are assigned to the project can see the Project Progress and authorised users can update Project Activities. The application has direct integration with the Web-portal with real time update facility.
The application has following modules:
• Project Summary: Gives information on Project details and overview with Project level Progress, Summary status, Critical issues and Priority
• My Task Updates: This module enables users to update assigned Project tasks with facility to upload images and video.
• Call-out: Callout module facilitates the users to raise Material and service callouts e.g. Tank, Dispensing Units, STPs, Piping etc.
• Issue: This module supports in capturing Program level issues which can be further categorised and filtered into PAN India, Regional, State and Discipline level for better analysis and timely closure
• Risk: This module supports in capturing Program level and generic risks, which can be further, categorised and filtered into PAN India, Regional, State and Discipline level for effective Risk Assessment and Mitigation.
