Driver App is available for Renault Trucks with the Driver App service enabled

Driver App allows you get access to your eligible Renault Trucks E-Tech vehicles through your nomadic device. Its primary goal is to ease the drivers’ daily operations by providing the latest status of the truck and enabling proactive actions to prepare vehicles for upcoming missions.
Among its features, the Driver App provides drivers with peace of mind by allowing them to monitor their vehicle status anytime, anywhere. It empowers drivers with a proactive approach, enabling them to take actions based on received notifications. Additionally, drivers can enhance their comfort by adjusting the cab climate control when starting a mission.

The Dashboard:
At distance and at a glance, check the status of your vehicle, including Range and State of Charge of the propulsion battery. It also indicates the status of Parking Climate and the possibility to turn it on or off instantly.

Ready to Run:
Plan up to 3 schedules by defining the days and time of departure of your upcoming missions. Set your preferred in-cab temperature level, ensuring optimal vehicle performance and comfort when starting your mission.

Alarm & Lock Status:
Instantly check the alarm and door status. Receive immediate notifications for alarm triggers, tampering, door openings, or cab movement. The alarm & lock provides an overview of the vehicle’s historical door status and alarm related events.

Charging:
When a vehicle is connected to a charger, you have the possibility to set the target for the level of charge. You have the flexibility to adjust the default target value of 100% based on your preferences, aligning it with the specific charge level needed for your upcoming mission. Similarly, you can set the maximum power level delivered by the charger. You also get the estimated remaining time to achieve the targeted level of charge.

Driver App is available on Renault Trucks E-Tech brand vehicles having the activated Driver App service.
A fleet administrator could give drivers access to the Driver App by associating them with one or several trucks having the service.
