By entering your username and password, you can access the main menu. There you will have all your account information, credit line, available balance, and payment term. You can also view current prices for each city, product, and terminal, download them, and send them by email. You can assign a balance to any unit in real time by selecting the license plate and entering the new balance or modifying it if necessary.

Similarly, you can register a new vehicle in a matter of seconds. Register the new license plate and proceed to request the physical card or generate its QR code.

Here you can configure your business rule by setting the fuel type, the gallon limit, and the QR code expiration date. This can be sent immediately via WhatsApp, so you can refuel the event.
Activating or canceling a card online is very simple: select the vehicle's license plate. Then, tap the status you want to change from inactive to canceled. Confirmation is given. The card will change its online status.

Checking the fuel efficiency of their vehicles is now possible by accessing the tracking. Drivers can report the initial mileage upon departure. In addition to writing it down, they must also take a photo. Upon arriving at the service station, drivers can attach a photo of the mileage, the dispatch note, and, if necessary, the station or pump. This can be repeated as many times as necessary throughout the journey until reaching the destination. They must also attach a photo of the vehicle's mileage.

Repsol offers transport companies a system that will allow them to fully control their fuel consumption, replacing the WhatsApp groups they currently have with each service station. These groups request images of their services. This will allow for a high level of customer satisfaction and recognition as their primary fuel supplier in Peru.
