"My Resana Files" lets you access all your personal documents or documents shared from workspaces, wherever you are, from your phone.

Here are the different ways to use your app:

→ Centralized access to your documents

Instantly find all your files, whether they're in your personal or shared workspaces. The app centralizes two main areas. "My Documents" is your personal workspace, accessible only to you. "My Workspaces" are the collaborative workspaces, especially those shared with your teams. Navigate between your files using a flexible list or grid view, depending on your preference. Sort your documents according to your preferred criteria: name, modification date, or file type.

→ Simplified Import and Download

Import your documents directly from your phone, such as videos, images, audio files, and all file types: PDFs, text documents, spreadsheets, etc. You can also import files into a Shared Space, with the option to define specific access rights per folder or per collaborator.

→ Read and Edit Directly in the App

View and edit your documents without leaving the app. You can open your audio, video, PDF, image, and other files in read-only mode and download them. Your text files, spreadsheets, and presentations can be read and edited directly from the app, without the need for any external tools.

→ Instant Global Search

Find any document in seconds with the global search. Enter a keyword and get real-time results covering all your "My Documents" and "My Spaces." Confirming the search displays a full results page.

→ Personal Storage Status

Maintain control over your disk space with a clear overview of your personal storage status. See at a glance how much space the logged-in user is using and anticipate your needs before uploading new files.

→ Access Management in Shared Spaces

Collaborate securely with granular access control. All members of the space can access shared files. Users with specific rights to a folder have access tailored to their role. It is not possible to modify rights directly from the mobile app—permissions management is handled through the administration interface.

→ Automatic Synchronization

Your files are always up to date. The module automatically synchronizes and reflects all changes—name changes, additions, deletions—across all your pages and spaces in real time.
