We make accessing employment and education within Johnson County, IA affordable, easy and efficient!
Trip Connect is a convenient, curb-to-curb transportation service operated by NTS Horizons, a Family Service Agency. We provide reliable rides during hours and locations where other public transit may not be available.
With just a few taps, book an on-demand or schedule ride through our app. Our technology will pair you with a driver and others heading in the same direction.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Book a ride on your phone by setting your pickup and dropoff addresses.
- You will receive an estimated time the vehicle will arrive. This estimate will be automatically
updated as your vehicle makes its way to meet you.
- When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle to start your journey. You will be charged the fare after you arrive at your destination.
-There may be others on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way! You can track your ride and share your status in real-time trip from the app.
ACCESIBILITY:
Trip Connect is wheelchair accessible. If you require a wheelchair, simply enable the “Wheelchair Accessibility” in the “Account” tab of your app. When you request a ride, you will be matched with a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Our app is available in English, French or Spanish.
