It is more about the hard ones, the things you have been avoiding for months or even years.
Examples of promises can include: quitting my job to pursue a new dream career, apologizing to my brother for past actions, etc. The app is also useful for people who are indecisive when choosing specific goals
Each promise comes with a deadline, the app will send push notifications as reminders.
