Hydration: Set reminders and keep track of how much water you drink each day.
Nutrition: daily visual chart showing your custom calorie targets, see when you eat and how much during the day. New customized meal plan and macro targets and healthy meal suggestions from popular restaurants.
Fitness: daily visual chart showing when you worked out and the calories burned. Sync a fitness device to see steps and continuous heart rate visualization during the day and night.
Daily Activities Summary: gives you a total view of all the areas you have logged that day on one screen.
My Health: a new section that offers multiple health assessments in one place that can help you stay on top of biometric numbers, patterns and risks and houses historical health numbers at a glance.
Health Report: health charts show a trendline over a period of time so you can easily see if any of those important biometric numbers change.
Ready Recert Program: specifically, for professional truck drivers to assist them in the recertification process for their CDL Medical Card including a DOT readiness quiz, a DOT specific health assessment, and a new annual Ready Recert awards program specifically for drivers only.

This subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. This subscription may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Google Play Account Settings.
