App Description

Private thought dump for racing thoughts, breathing, and calm sleep sounds.

Quiet Sleep is a calm bedtime ritual for people whose thoughts get loud at night. Use a private thought dump, guided breathing, cognitive shuffle, and calm sleep sounds to put the day down before sleep.

When you lie down, your mind can keep replaying plans, unfinished tasks, worries, conversations, and tomorrow's to-dos. Quiet Sleep gives those thoughts a place outside your head so your evening can feel simpler and more contained.

No ads. No account required. No social feed. No streak pressure. Quiet Sleep is designed for a short nightly routine, then putting the phone away.

What you can do in Quiet Sleep:

• Dump thoughts by text or voice
Write or speak whatever is still active in your mind. It does not need to be neat, complete, or well written. Fragments, lists, and unfinished thoughts are welcome.

• Use a short session timer
Choose a simple timed session so your bedtime routine stays contained. The goal is to place thoughts outside your head, not stay in the app longer than needed.

• Practice guided breathing
Choose from 4-7-8 breathing, box breathing, equal breathing, long exhale, coherent breathing, and the physiological sigh. Follow the calm circle, set your cycle count, and adjust cues for tonight.

• Try cognitive shuffle
Let the app show or speak simple random words so your mind can move through gentle, unrelated images instead of looping on the same thoughts.

• Play sleep sounds with a timer
Rain, nighttime atmospheres, white noise, purring, and other relaxing sounds help shape a softer bedtime environment. Set the timer and volume, then let the sound end on its own.

• Track evenings in a calendar
See entries, mood, sleep rating, breathing sessions, and shuffle sessions by day. Notice patterns without scores, streaks, or judgment.

• Get gentle reflection on entries
Quiet Sleep can highlight themes and the overall tone of your thoughts so you can look at them with more distance. It is reflection, not therapy or diagnosis.

• Keep private data on your device
Entries, settings, and history are stored locally on your device. You can protect sensitive text with a PIN, export your data, and control what stays in the app.

Quiet Sleep may be helpful if you:

Quiet Sleep is not a medical app, does not diagnose conditions, and does not replace professional care. If sleep, anxiety, or stress is seriously affecting your life, please contact a doctor or qualified professional.
