Volume 1: Takedowns from the Knees

Because BJJ has deep roots in Judo, thus takedowns are a fundamental part of BJJ, and many academies start sparring from their knees. Roy Harris explains multiple techniques to takedown or sweep and opponent from their knees in jiu jitsu. It's one of the first techniques one should learn, as well as one of the simple yet effective techniques that can help you control the opponent easily and gain the upper hand, without violence, and just using leverage and technique.

Volume 2: Armlocks Volume 2

The bent arm lock (the Kimura) is a popular submission technique, not just in BJJ, but in other forms of martial arts such as jujitsu, judo, sambo, etc. The tutorial shows the most efficient and most effective ways to leverage your full-body to secure the lock on the opponent’s arm, gain full control, and not let them escape.

Volume 3: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Over 40

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is dynamic and competitive art where youth and athleticism pose significant issues to older athletes. In this groundbreaking instructional, Roy Harris shows you strategies for jiu jitsu players over 40 years of age to compete effectively against younger athletes through timing, positioning, and strong defensive postures.
