Patrolla

Parking patrol app including ticketing, asset tracking and fault reporting.

Patrolla is a patrol app. It enables field-based staff to examine whether vehicles are compliant with the relevant rules and regulations. Patrolla connects to the blinkenterprise back-office system. In the back-office system, users can set up locations (such as parking lots or streets) and to also create associated rule-sets. Staff load the app and create an account from which they access the functionality of the system. Staff can check vehicles and issue tickets to non-compliant drivers. On patrol, staff can also use a range of other features to carry out ancillary duties including fault-reporting, maintenance jobs and others. The app also enables staff to keep in contact with the head-office through a messageboard and through notifications via SMS and email.
