Senty is your discreet companion for managing anxiety and panic attacks. By connecting to your smartwatch or a compatible Bluetooth heart rate monitor, it monitors your heart rate and recognizes the early signs of a possible attack, helping you regain control before things get worse.
INTELLIGENT MONITORING
Senty's algorithm analyzes heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), movement, and age to distinguish between stress, physical activity, and true panic attacks. The baseline adapts to you over time: it learns your actual resting heart rate, adjusts for your age, and suppresses alarms during walks or runs. You can adjust sensitivity and duration in the settings.
PANIC TOOLS
When anxiety rises, open the Panic section: a step-by-step guided journey with the 5-4-3-2-1 technique, cognitive restructuring (CBT), and a direct call to emergency contact. Plus, sensory tools to bring your mind back to the present: calming bubbles, touchable waves, and a zen track to synchronize your breathing.
GUIDED BREATHING EXERCISES
4-4-4 technique with haptic feedback on your phone: inhale, hold, exhale. Your iPhone vibrates at the right rhythm, guiding you toward calm even with your eyes closed. Sessions can be saved as Mindful Minutes in Apple Health.
EMOTIONAL JOURNAL
Record your episodes, your symptoms, what triggered them, and what helped you. Over time, you'll recognize your patterns and better manage difficult situations.
