- Job Request Management: Easily send job requests to the Management Board, attach photos of the problem, and track the processing progress of the job request from anywhere.

- Events: Keep track of all upcoming information in the building such as seasonal festival activities and monthly tasks.
- Library: Keep track of important announcements in the Circulars tab and refer to other information in the Documents tab.
