Tyre Assembly helps trace and track tyres against a vehicle in a simple, guided flow. Built for tyre assembly use cases, it ties vehicle identity to per-tyre scan data so you can document what was fitted and when.

Vehicle & VIN

Start from the dashboard with Scan Car Tyre or Scan Truck Tyre.
Capture the VIN with the barcode (car vs truck flows supported).
Continue through brand selection and the tyres-to-scan grid (positions match the vehicle type).

Tyre scanning

For each position, scan brand, size, DOT code, and serial in a clear step-by-step flow.
Skip a step when allowed by your process; the app keeps the rest of the data structured and consistent.

Progress & completion

See recent activity on the dashboard: in progress vs completed sessions.
Open a completed job to review all tyres in one place.

Rescan & data export

Rescan a single tyre or rescan all if you need to replace readings after a mistake or a tyre change.
Export CSV to store the tyre and VIN details to your device.
