Tyre Inventory

Scan tyres, manage bins, and track inbound and outbound warehouse inventory.

Tyre Inventory helps warehouse and depot staff manage tyre stock with clear inbound and outbound flows.

INBOUND
• Process incoming invoices: view invoice, enter quantity, and assign stock to bins.
• Select one or more bins with available space (any bin in the warehouse).
• Scan each tyre (brand, size, DOT code, serial) with the device camera and attach images to the shipment.
• Complete the flow to update bin levels and keep a record of what was received and where.

OUTBOUND
• Fulfil orders: view orders, confirm quantity, and pick from a bin that has enough stock.
• Select the bin to take from.
• Scan tyres as they leave and attach images for proof of dispatch.
• Complete the order to reduce bin levels and keep an audit trail.

BINS & DASHBOARD
• See all bins and their capacity (filled vs total) on the main dashboard.
• Recent activity shows completed inbound invoices and outbound orders with quantities and bin details.
• Reset the app to initial state when you need a clean slate (e.g. new period or testing).

FEATURES

• Tyre scanning: capture brand, size, DOT code, and serial with the camera and store images.
• View details: open completed invoices/orders to see quantities, bins used, and scanned tyre data with images.
