- "Inbox" area contains your ideas that requires "processing"
- By "processing" it means defining priority, date, more detailed description, and so on
- "Now" area contains tasks to do now
- "Near" area contains tasks and projects that should be done in the near future
- "Future" area contains all other tasks that are not in the "Now" and "Near" area and that should be done someday in the future, maybe
