Self-Serve Bar is the flexible app for associations, clubs and communally organized bars. Can also be used for catering, hotels or restaurants.
With the Self-Serve Bar, members and staff can book orders and process payments – digitally, transparently and easily.

• SumUp Terminal (staff & self-service mode)
• Card payment (personal mode, external device)

• Cash payment (personal mode)

Personal Mode
For members who want to book on their own smartphone:

• Book products yourself

• Top up credit with Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

• Booking is automatically deducted from the credit

Personal mode
For service staff at the bar or in the clubhouse:

• Create, cancel, rebook or extend bookings

• Settle partial bookings or complete bookings

• Billing with cash, card or SumUp terminal

Self-service mode
For self-service areas – ideal on a tablet:
• Members book independently
• Book people, tables or rooms
• Pay immediately with SumUp Terminal
• Top up credit with SumUp Terminal
• Use via internal NFC, external scanner (barcode, QR, RFID) or device camera
• No staff interaction required
