Ensure360 is a caregiver communication and resident safety platform designed for senior living and healthcare communities.

The application provides real-time emergency alarm monitoring, caregiver communication, and resident assistance tools. Caregivers receive immediate notifications for resident alarms and can quickly review alarm details, acknowledge events, and coordinate responses with other staff members.

Ensure360 supports Push-to-Talk communication between caregivers, allowing teams to communicate instantly during routine operations and emergency situations. Caregivers can also initiate calls directly to resident intercom devices to communicate with residents and assess situations without requiring an in-person visit.

The application uses foreground services to maintain real-time alarm monitoring, communication services, and other time-sensitive caregiver functions while the application is running in the background. This enables caregivers to receive urgent resident alarms, communications, and assistance requests without delay, even when the application is not actively open on the screen.

Ensure360 is intended for use by authorized staff members of participating senior living and healthcare organizations.
