The Saudi Electronic University application enables users to access E-Services easily and with high security.
The app offers its services to all university members, including students, staff, and faculty members.

The App contains the following services and features:

- Digital identity for university members
- University news and updates
- View academic schedules and events
- Supports Arabic and English languages
- Switch Between Light & Dark modes for a better user experience

Students:

- View your academic status
- Access your academic record
- Manage your personal data
- Check absence details and records
- View the academic calendar (terms, holidays, exams)
- Request official student statements
- View your class schedule and receive reminders before each class
- View your exam schedule
- Help and Support Services

Employees:

- View personal and job-related data
- Track attendance and submit excuse requests
- View academic calendar (term dates, holidays, exams)
- Request official letters and certificates
- Submit and track leave requests
- Approve or reschedule employee leaves (for managers)
- View monthly attendance
- Request excuses and justifications via Hadir service
