App Description

The official app of Adaptive Strength

Adaptive Strength is a place free from any kind of barrier, both physical and mental. A gym or, better, a training and conditioning studio designed by Andrea Quarto, where agonists and amateurs, people with and without disabilities, young and old, experts and beginners, are united by a series of values: the passion for sport, the desire to achieve a goal and great willpower. There are no differences: what matters is knowing what you are today and above all knowing what you want to become tomorrow.

Inside the gym, a staff of professionals and personal trainers, led by Andrea Quarto, create a totally inclusive environment open to all, supporting anyone with a goal to achieve. To do this, it was decided to focus on quality rather than quantity: the courses will have a limited number of people and access will be by booking, to allow them to always be followed with the utmost attention.

Adaptive Strength, thanks to its unique characteristics, aims to become the point of reference in the provinces of Naples and Caserta for all those sportsmen who do not intend to set limits, who do not accept barriers of any kind and for whom there are no diversity, but only individuality to cultivate and results to obtain.

COURSES

CALISTHENICS & STREETLIFTING

Calisthenics is a type of bodyweight training that is based on the use of one's own body weight as an element of resistance in order to develop muscle structure. Streetlifting is a sports discipline that comes from Calisthenics and is based on specific skills such as weighted pull-ups, push-ups on the parallel bars, always weighted, and squats, with the aim of increasing strength.

CROSS-TRAINING | STHENATHLON

The Adaptive Strength method is a protocol developed by our founder Andrea Quarto thanks to the experience gained in his personal and sporting growth journey. The activity will embrace all the capabilities of each person for achieving and overcoming physical challenges: strength, high intensity cardio, power, mobility and perception of one's body.

POWERLIFTING

Powerlifting is the sporting discipline that is based on what are considered the three fundamental lifts: Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift. These are both exercises to compete in powerlifting competitions and an excellent choice of training to develop and increase strength, basing your workout on what is called powerbuilding.

PARA POWERLIFTING

Parapowerlifting is an adaptation of powerlifting for athletes with disabilities, with the fundamental difference that the only discipline in Paralympic powerlifting is the bench press. In fact, Adaptive Strength is the only gym in the provinces of Caserta and Naples to have a Paralympic bench, patented by our founder Andrea Quarto.
