App Description

Multi-model weather ensemble analysis tool.

Stop guessing the weather. Start calculating the risk.

Most weather apps give you a single, simplified forecast based on one provider. When conditions turn critical — black ice, freezing fog, sudden snowstorms — a one-degree error can change everything.

Pocket Meteo Lab is a portable meteorological workstation designed for those who need mathematical certainty over pretty icons. By pulling raw data from a 30+ multi-model ensemble forecast, this app acts as a statistical filter, letting you see the spread of scientific opinions behind every single degree.

Instead of showing you a generic "sunny" or "rainy" status, Pocket Meteo Lab processes the entire ensemble pool inside dedicated device Isolates to calculate real risk indexes:
- Confidence Score: An exponential function based on the spread between the 15th and 85th percentiles. If the models disagree, your confidence drop alerts you instantly.
- Consensus (Z-Score): The app runs a statistical consensus check (using a 1.65 Z-score threshold) to see how many models actually agree on the current atmospheric vector.
- Sigma Deviation: Track the standard deviation of temperature and precipitation to know exactly how volatile the forecast is for the next few hours.
