To open an account and use the smartphone authentication function, you need a device that supports biometric authentication (fingerprint authentication, facial recognition, etc.) and NFC functionality.

■ Account Opening
・You can apply for an account without postal procedures by reading your driver's license or My Number Card with your smartphone.

■ Smartphone Authentication
・Authentication when logging into the app uses biometric information (fingerprint, face, etc.) registered on your smartphone instead of a password, making transactions safer and more convenient.
・When conducting transactions from Power Direct (internet banking), you will receive a push notification in the app, and you will need to log in to the app to approve the transaction.

■ Smartphone ATM
・Instead of a cash card, you can use the SBI Shinsei Bank app to deposit and withdraw cash at Seven Bank ATMs and Lawson Bank ATMs.

■ Checking Balances and Transaction Details
- In addition to deposit and withdrawal details, you can also check the balances of yen time deposits and foreign currency deposits.
- By linking your account with SBI Securities and Monex Securities, you can check the balance of your securities account on the app.

■ Transfers
- You can register and delete transfer destinations, making future transfers smoother.

■ Kotora Transfer - You can transfer up to 100,000 yen per transaction to individuals free of charge.
- In addition to specifying the recipient's account number like a regular bank transfer, you can also send money by specifying a mobile phone number or email address.
- You can use the automatic transfer switching function, which automatically determines whether the transfer meets the conditions for Kotora Transfer and automatically selects Kotora Transfer if the conditions are met.

■ Yen Deposits
- You can also apply for yen time deposits and 2-week maturity deposits from the app.

■ SBI Hyper Deposit
- You can use "SBI Hyper Deposit," a convenient deposit where the balance is automatically reflected in your SBI Securities buying power.

■ Foreign Currency Deposits
- Easily check exchange rates and conduct transactions for all 13 currencies.
