SHT_DMS Delivery

Delivery app for drivers: view orders, navigate, call & verify with OTP

SHT DMS is the official delivery app for drivers working with our Delivery Management System (DMS). It gives delivery partners everything they need to complete their daily orders quickly, accurately and securely, all from their phone.

Orders assigned to you in the DMS appear in the app right away. You can see your day's work, reach customers, navigate to their address and confirm each delivery with OTP, without paperwork.

KEY FEATURES

- Dashboard at a glance
See your total, pending, successful and failed orders in one simple overview, along with the total payment you have collected for the day.

- All your orders in one place
View every assigned shipment with its AWB number, order number, customer name, address, payment type (Prepaid / COD), weight and order amount.

- Quick search
Find any order instantly by AWB number or customer name.

- One-tap call
Call the customer directly from the order card. Customer phone numbers are masked to protect their privacy.

- One-tap navigation
Open turn-by-turn directions to the delivery address in your maps app.

- Complete order details
See full shipment information, item description and consignee details before you reach the doorstep.

- Secure OTP delivery confirmation
Confirm every delivery with a 6-digit OTP sent to the customer's registered mobile number. This keeps proof of delivery accurate and reduces disputes. You can resend the OTP if the customer didn't receive it.

- Flexible handover
Record who received the package: the customer themselves or another person, along with their name.

- Payment collection
Record COD payments at delivery and track your collected amount for the day.

- Order status updates
Mark orders as delivered or failed. Updates sync with the DMS in real time, so your hub and operations team always see the latest status.

- Driver profile
View your registered email, phone number and assigned hub/distribution centre.
