This is a condition management app for medical personnel to determine the participant's health status and environmental factors.

This app is a health management application designed to safely collect data on the health status and living environment of consenting participants, and to help them verify and manage this data.

The app is available only to users who have signed the consent form and been issued an account, and all collected information is used only within the purposes and scope specified in the consent form.

Depending on the items selected in the consent form, users can view key health data, such as step count and heart rate, in graph and report formats on the in-app data statistics screen. This allows users to independently identify and manage their activity levels and changes in their health status.

Additionally, safely collected data may be provided to medical professionals for additional health management, counseling, and evaluation if necessary. All data is processed securely in accordance with the user's consent and is not used for purposes other than those agreed upon or arbitrarily shared with third parties.

The app utilizes a foreground service to reliably collect and record the health and living environment data to which the user has consented. While the foreground service is running, users can check the data collection status through notifications. The foreground service runs only when necessary to provide the consented data collection and monitoring functions.
