Key Features:
Executive Tracking
Location tracking updates managers with executives’ live locations every 15 minutes. It helps managers assign priority complaints to the nearest executives.

Complaint Assignment
Customer complaints can be instantly assigned to executives through the web app. Executives can retrieve complete information (customer/complaint) from the database through their mobile devices.

Customer Management
Above mere contact details, executives can instantly retrieve and access complete customer information including interaction summaries through their mobile devices.

Live Notification of Visits
As the executives punch-in to the application as they reach the consumer’s location, the manager gets updated on the executives' activity status.

Complaint Status Update
Complaint statuses (resolved/unresolved) can be updated to the central database through the instantaneous upload of images captured during respective field visits.

Seamless Scheduling
If the complaint does not get resolved in the first visit, executives re-schedule a re-visit at the very instant through the mobile app.

Sales Management
Any new order or additional sales that come about during the service visits can be instantly updated in the centralized database through the mobile application.

Payment Collection Management
Collection information, including images of cheques, can be uploaded into the central database. Managers can have quick access to payment status updates.

Expense Management
Executives can capture/upload their expense receipts to the central database for their managers to view and process expense claims with better transparency.

Leave management
Admin can set the leaves to individuals considering their eligibility criteria. Admin can also set permissions for the managers to approve the leaves of their team members.

Attendance Management
Executives can punch-in attendance from their mobile devices. Managers can have location updates of the executives every 15 minutes till they punch-out.
