This application is compatible with UCS Explorer and INSWEB concierge systems. Download this application only if your condominium or company is using one of the approved systems. Your data must be previously registered in these systems so that you can log-in to the application.

Functionalities

- Authorize visitors, service providers or relatives. Make the release through the APP and the visitor will be able to enter the condominium directly without queuing. (If the condominium is using facial biometrics)

- Register an event (barbecue, birthday) and generate a link to send your guests to register and thus speed up their entry into the condominium.

- Receive notifications when a visitor arrives or leaves

- Receive notifications of correspondence delivered at the concierge

- Open occurrences for the administration/concierge. Inform the problems found in the condominium, including photo registration.

- Register your vehicles

- Register your animals (pets)

- Panic button - Ask for help in emergency situations (need a doctor, fire, theft, etc). You can send the request for help to the concierge, your family members or to all neighbors. They will receive your data and your geolocation.

- Open doors/gates/gates via the app with the touch of a button or via QRCode reading.

- Consult the list of people you have authorized and remove authorization if necessary.

- Turn on lamps, air conditioners and other devices via custom scene buttons
