Snag Tracker is a mobile app for construction, refurbishment, and property teams who need a simple way to record defects on site, keep snag lists in one place, and deliver professional PDF inspection reports to clients, contractors, and internal reviewers.

THE WORK YOU DO ON SITE

Create full reports or short reports with the project context your team expects, including job references, project names, inspection types, and clear status for each job. Add individual snag lines with readable titles and detailed descriptions so nothing is left vague. Attach photos taken with the camera or chosen from your gallery so each item shows the issue exactly as found.

STAY ORGANIZED WITH THE GALLERY

Use folders to separate work by report or to collect standalone photos you may reuse across items. Images sync to secure cloud storage when you are online, which helps when you return to a site later or continue on another device that is signed in to the same account.

SHARE WHAT YOU FIND

Build a PDF for a completed report and send it through email, WhatsApp where the device supports it, or any app that appears in your device share menu for PDF files. If you use Microsoft OneDrive, you can connect your account and upload a report PDF to your own OneDrive folder from the app when that integration is configured for your organization.

ACCOUNTS AND COMPANIES

Sign in with email to protect your data and keep each user distinct. During setup, enter the company reference provided by your company administrator, confirm company details, and keep inspections aligned to the correct business record in your Firebase-backed workspace.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Snag Tracker needs an internet connection for authentication, loading company and report data, syncing items, and uploading or downloading images. Third-party sharing depends on apps you already have installed. Some screens may show upcoming or placeholder flows as features continue to roll out.
