Real-time services and equipment:
- Check the real-time status of elevators and escalators.
- Access the list of available facilities and services and locate them on the map: shops, toilets, taxis, bike parking, ticket counters, etc.

- Book assistance through Andilien, by phone call or via form
- Benefit from the travel guarantee by booking 24 hours in advance, even in case of disruptions.
- Assistance available from the first to the last train across the entire Transilien network, including at non-accessible stations.
