*** In case of any disruption on internet or any offer or news, we will post notifications on the app.

*** You can also get our service from the app using mobile data. Your connection may be cut out if you have not paid your bill in time. In that case, you can pay the bill from the app using mobile data or any internet connection and your internet service will be reconnected automatically.
You can also open a support ticket using “Client Support & Ticket System” through mobile data if you are totally disconnected from our internet connection. Our support team will then solve the issue very quickly.
