Sotrav is an internal company management application.

This application includes the design, development and integration of advanced functionalities to optimize the management of collections and finances within a company. The Sotrav application is made up of key features such as:
• Project Manager and Site Management: Tools to manage project managers, assign sites, and monitor their progress.
• Debt Management: Monitoring and management of debts linked to construction sites or projects, with detailed reports for each debt.
• Cash Management: Centralized cash management, allowing control of incoming and outgoing cash flows.
• Monitoring of collections: Global view of collections by site, with the possibility of extracting the data.
• Collection Category Management: Organization and categorization of collections for more precise analysis.
• Data Export: Export of information on receipts and other financial flows in Excel format.
• Automated Reports: Automatic sending of a daily email at midnight containing a report of receipts from the previous day.
