Choose your active audio input and output devices in one place, then create routines that switch settings automatically based on context.

Sound Anatomy is designed for people who switch between earbuds, speakers, car audio, and phone defaults throughout the day and want fast, repeatable audio setup behavior.

Privacy Policy for Sound Anatomy

Sound Anatomy (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.

1. Information We Collect
Sound Anatomy is designed to run primarily on your device. We do not require account creation.

The app may access:
- Microphone/audio device information (for selecting audio input/output devices)
- Bluetooth and nearby device information (for Bluetooth audio routing/routines)
- Wi-Fi SSID/network state (for Wi-Fi-based routines)
- Approximate/precise location (only to support location-based routines on Android)

2. How Information Is Used
We use this information to:
- Show available input/output audio devices
- Let you create and run automation routines (Wi-Fi/location/Bluetooth triggers)
- Maintain app functionality and performance

3. Advertising (AdMob)
Sound Anatomy uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), which may collect data such as:
- Device identifiers
- IP address
- App interaction and diagnostic information

This data is handled by Google under Google’s policies:

You can remove ads by purchasing the in-app “No Ads” product.

4. In-App Purchases
Sound Anatomy uses Google Play Billing for purchases. Purchase processing is handled by Google Play and subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy.

5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share limited technical data with service providers only as needed to operate the app (for example, Google AdMob and Google Play Billing).

6. Data Storage
Routine settings and app preferences are stored locally on your device. Third-party SDKs may process limited data as described above.

7. Permissions
Sound Anatomy may request:
- RECORD_AUDIO
- BLUETOOTH / BLUETOOTH_CONNECT / BLUETOOTH_SCAN
- ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
- ACCESS_WIFI_STATE / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
- INTERNET

These permissions are used only for app features described in this policy.

8. Children’s Privacy
Sound Anatomy is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will address it.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the revised effective date.
