• Identify unknown calls – With Caller identification function, you can instantly know who's calling so you only pick up the important ones.
• Auto block spam calls – Automatically block spam calls function once enabled, you can stay away from fraud calls, harassment calls and telemarketing calls. You can also block specific phone numbers manually or through call logs integrated into the app.
• Search unknown numbers – Easily look up unknown phone numbers directly within the app to get more information about these numbers.
• Report numbers - Report the spam calls you receive to build a protected community together.

[Use Case of Call and Numbers Function]
• A call comes in, and you choose to decline it after identifying the caller from the on-screen display.
• You enable Auto-block to automatically filter out spam calls, helping you maintain a peaceful and undisturbed life.
• When you receive a phone number, you use the Number Lookup feature to verify whether it might be associated with fraud.
• If you receive a scam call, you report it to help protect others and support the ScamSafe community.

• Categorize SMS – The app offers a smart classification mechanism that automatically filters received SMS messages based on the SMS messages content to the corresponding folders inside the app like “Transaction,” “Promotion,” and “Junk”, helping users manage their messages more efficiently.
• Receive and Send SMS & MMS to your friends – You can read all received SMS & MMS messages directly within the app, without switching to another app, offering a more seamless and efficient experience. You can also compose and send SMS and MMS messages directly from the app, simplifying communication and improving efficiency.
• Report spam SMS – If you receive suspicious or scam-related SMS messages, you can report them instantly inside the app, contributing to a smarter fraud detection system.

[Use Case of SMS Function]
• You’re waiting for a one-time password (OTP). With in-app SMS viewing, you can instantly check the message without switching apps—perfect for smooth logins or transactions.
• You receive good news/information via SMS and would like to share it with others. With the SMS sending function you can forward the link or message directly via SMS inside the app.
• You receive an SMS claiming to be from a bank, asking you to click a link and enter account details. You report it as suspicious directly in the app, helping prevent scams for others.
• You receive many SMS messages daily. The app automatically sorts them to the corresponding folder inside the app, so you never miss what matters and avoid distractions.

[Permission declaration]
• “Phone, call log, contact” permission: for caller, call log, contact carrier identification and blocking feature.
• “SMS” permission: for SMS sender identification, blocking feature, and to enable send SMS & copy OTP.
