Build your org structure with designations, tiers (1-12), departments, and reporting lines. Import employees individually or bulk-upload via Excel template with auto-created designations.

Training Management

PDP is grounded in competency-based talent management principles. The Readiness Bridge categorizes employees into three development bands: STAR (80%+ readiness), CORE (60-79%), and FOCUS (<60%), enabling targeted investment decisions.
