App Description

The most complete tidal app for the Netherlands, North Sea and inland waterways

This is the most comprehensive tide and water level app for the Netherlands, the North Sea, Flanders and the whole of Germany.

The Tide app shows you the astronomical tide forecast and current water level measurements at over 2,600 monitoring points in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, both in a list and on an interactive map, covering the whole of 2026 and 2027.
You can add your favourite tide and water level locations to your favourites list, so you get a super-fast overview when you open the app.

The handy tidal clock on the home screen shows you exactly when spring and neap tides occur.

In addition, the app displays the current moon phases and illumination. And, of course, the sunrise and sunset times for both the sun and the moon.

This Tidal app shows both water levels at tidal locations and live water levels and water level forecasts for the major rivers (the Rhine to Switzerland, the Danube to Passau), the IJsselmeer and the Scheldt.

The measurements are displayed in NAP/TAW/PNP and ALAT and, where applicable, in MSL (Mean Sea Level), and are sourced directly from the National Water Monitoring Network (LMW) of Rijkswaterstaat, and the monitoring networks of the Flemish authorities, the Hydrological Information Centre (HIC) and the Federal Waterways and Shipping Administration.
