The app integrates with supported fitness platforms such as Strava and other health trackers via Health Connect to securely read verified workout sessions recorded on the user’s device. This allows the app to validate activity submissions and ensure fair competition among participants.

Using Health Connect, the app reads workout information such as activity type, distance covered, workout duration, and calories burned. These metrics are used to display activity summaries to participants and verify their performance for the championship leaderboard.

Participants can track their activity statistics within the app, including distance, time, speed, and calories burned, helping them better understand their workout effort and stay motivated during the competition.
