The Tafweed app acts as an electronic intermediary between beneficiaries and service providers, ensuring highly qualified and competent providers. It offers transparency by documenting the rituals on video and sending them to beneficiaries' accounts in the Requests section of the app. The main service of the app is delegating qualified individuals, such as scholars and Quran bearers from Mecca, to perform Umrah on behalf of those with legal authorization, including the deceased, terminally ill, and the elderly who are unable to perform Umrah themselves.
