Talee is a school operations app for students and parents/guardians, using Clerk authentication that routes users by account type:

Students get: overview/dashboard, class schedule, attendance history, a live campus location feature, and account settings.
Parents/Guardians get the same core areas but scoped to their linked child/children, with a child switcher to move between multiple kids.
Both roles have an in-app notification inbox (attendance alerts, school announcements, etc.) and push notifications with a preferences screen to control which categories arrive via email/push/in-app.
The location feature uses acoustic "Tone" technology (microphone-based) to determine in-building/room location — this is why the app requests microphone permission and has a background audio mode enabled. Call this out explicitly in App Review notes so it isn't flagged as unexpected background mic use.
Onboarding: new users without an assigned account type go through a setup flow (choose account type → school selection for students, or add-child flow for parents).
