This application is intended to help users recognitive a decline in cognitive function which may be due to the consumption of drugs or alcohol, a concussion, brain injury, or mental health issue. It was developed with the help of a neurosurgeon to help identify individuals who may benefit from a neurological evaluation or who may be significantly impaired due to the drug use.

Any manner of cognitive test works best when a user has already taken the test and knows their baseline score. Significant deviation from the baseline score may indicate a need to seek medical assistance.

The test consists of 5 sub-tests. The Attention Test requires the user to quickly touch a red dot on the screen. The Memory Test requires the user to memorize the position of playing cards and click them in numerical order. The Executive Function test asks the user to click on the red circles and ignore the blue squares. For the Visual-Spatial Test, users remember a geometric shape and then click the match. Finally, the Verbal tests asks the user to click on an object of the same type as the displayed object.

The test may be performed in standard or adaptive mode. Adaptive mode is more challenging and becomes more difficult each time the user successfully completes the task. Scores can be displayed in the default format, where a score of 1 is perfect or in raw format which indicates how many were missed.
