DIVA has been built based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative Pre-trained Transformers (GPT). It uses deep learning technology inspired by neural networks, which can learn unsupervised, thus enabling it to provide instant answers to questions posed with varying degrees of complexity.
DIVA supports citizens by answering common queries and collecting feedback from citizens in English and French. It makes citizens' lives easier and helps the Government focus on more complex issues.
