E-Shrink Control Unit App

e-SHRINK Mobile App is a Flutter-based cross-platform mobile application designed to support installation teams in the field by automating the generation and management of installation reports for e-SHRINK control units. The app provides a complete workflow for conducting installations, validating data, managing reports, and synchronizing information with cloud services.

Core Purpose: Enable installation technicians (with Supervisor or Jointer roles) to perform e-SHRINK device installations, capture installation data via NFC authentication, generate comprehensive installation reports, and manage report synchronization with cloud infrastructure.

Installation Management: Start, pause, and complete installations with built-in grace periods and validation
Report Generation: Automatically create installation reports with extensive field validation and metadata capture
Cloud Synchronization: Flexible sync options (All, None, Diagnostic-only) for installation report data
Device Authentication: NFC-based keyfob authentication for secure access and role-based functionality
Report Management: View, share, save, and bulk delete installation reports with granular permission controls
Factory Reset: Supervisor-only feature for device reset and re-initialization
Multi-Platform Support: Native implementations for Android, iOS, web, and Windows with platform-specific optimizations
Technical Stack: Built with Flutter 3.32.2+, leveraging GetX for state management, SQLite with encryption for local storage, BLE for device communication, and native platform integrations for NFC, location services, and file handling.
