When setup, troubleshooting, mobile apps, or connectivity problems are hard to explain, this app makes it possible to show what’s happening and work through the issue together in real time. It works like a normal support call, but with visuals that remove guesswork.
This experience is designed specifically for live support, not self-service or generic screen sharing. Guidance is provided live during the session, and nothing happens unless the session is active.
When both sides see the same reality, problems get resolved faster. That shared understanding helps avoid repeat steps and follow-up calls.
Depending on the issue, the session may include sharing the camera or screen to help with setup, apps, or WiFi and connectivity issues, along with simple checks to pinpoint the cause. No technical knowledge is required.
