4- Request property maintenance services (like Carpenter, Garden worker, electrical, plumber, Metal technician and other services )
5- Show all announcements
6- Rent and visitor permissions
7- Access to food menu for all restaurants inside the compound
8- Food Delivery service
9- Compound rules and regulations (to help owners to not violate any internal rules)
10- List all existed restaurants And the famous signs inside the compound
